The design of Villa Theia encompasses 4 comfortably designed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 9 people.

 

The interior decor has a boho-chic style and combines high-quality materials, built to the highest specifications to host guests with the highest standards. The exterior design combines local materials, such as the stone walls, and was selected to create an authentic feeling connecting you to Lefkada island and its local style and tradition. 

 

The design of Villa Theia encompasses 4 comfortably designed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With families in mind, the two lower floor rooms with twin beds have been smartly placed near a master bedroom, and have an adjacent family bathroom. The second master bedroom on the upper floor is ideal for older children or parents. In addition, the combination of double and twin beds is ideal for friends or couples vacationing together. All bedrooms offer high-quality linen (crist linen), and carefully chosen local artefacts complementing the interior. Villa Theia offers modern, open plan living and the fully-equipped kitchen has a large island to work, dine or socialise at. 

 

Outdoors the extensive terrace overlooks Vlyho Bay where you can enjoy unforgettable summer moments to the fullest during the morning hours for a sunny breakfast or a dinner feast. The beautiful design of the outdoor space combines modern comfort with a wooden deck in the infinity pool area, a large BBQ area, and secluded seating areas in the lower terrace. Don’t forget to also explore Villa Theia’s secluded private olive grove! Spend the summer days cooling off in the inviting waters of the infinity pool, relaxing in the olive grove or take the short walk to Desimi beach and enjoy a dip in the crystal clear waters. 

 

For larger groups, Villa Theia can be combined with the 2 neighbouring sister villas, each with 4 bedrooms.
